FAQs

How can therapy help me?

Therapy offers a safe, confidential space to explore what’s going on inside—thoughts, feelings, behaviors—and develop tools to manage challenges more effectively. Over time, therapy can help you:

- Gain clarity about patterns that are holding you back

- Process unresolved emotions or trauma

- Learn coping strategies for anxiety, depression, or stress

- Improve relationships and communication

- Build self-compassion, resilience, and a sense of emotional balance

Do I really need therapy? I can usually handle my problems

Many people feel that way—that they should be able to handle things on their own. But when issues like anxiety, depression, or trauma begin to limit your daily life, your relationships, or your sense of self, therapy can be a powerful support. You don’t need to wait until “things get bad enough.” Therapy is for growth, healing, and prevention—not just crisis.

What issues do you help with?

We work with individuals, families, couples, and children on a wide range of challenges, including:

- Anxiety, stress, worry, and overthinking

- Depression, low motivation, emotional numbness

- Trauma, PTSD, adverse life events

- Family & relational conflict

- Kids’ emotional or behavioral struggles

- Life transitions, grief, and adjustment

What can I expect from my first session?

Your first session is focused on getting to know you, your story, and your goals. Together, we’ll discuss what brought you to therapy and how we can best support you.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept a variety of insurance plans. According to our site, we work with providers including:

- MHN (Managed Health Network)

- Anthem Blue Cross

- Health Net

- Medi-Cal (some Managed Care plans)

- Other in-network and out-of-network PPO plans (depending on your policy)

If you’re unsure whether your specific plan is covered, just give us your insurance details and we’ll verify before your first session.

Is online therapy as effective as in-person sessions?

Yes. Plenty of research shows that online therapy can be just as effective as face-to-face sessions for many issues (anxiety, depression, trauma, etc.). The key is consistency, connection with your therapist, and feeling safe in the therapeutic relationship. If there’s a time when an in-person session is better suited (e.g. for specific interventions), we’ll discuss that together.

How do I get started?

Simply submit the contact form on this page or call. We’ll answer any questions, discuss your needs, and help you connect with the right therapist for your goals.

See what others are saying

Fantastic! Brady does an excellent job of helping me identify the core issues bothering me and helping me treat these areas. I’ve had great success using the techniques he taught me and feel more at peace and comfortable with my past and present. I highly recommend Brady to anybody who needs somebody to talk to in therapy.

Brady is truly an amazing leader and counselor. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to change their lives and seeking freedom. He is empathetic, kind and seeks to understand those he serves. As I met with Brady for sessions, and was part of a team he lead, I learned about what grace truly means and how to give grace to others. Under his guidance and leadership I became a better person and a much better leader.
